I have tried out Activating Sponsorship for one of my project called Steem Cannon.

It's a Steemit-themed shooting game. We're currently looking for contributors for this project. This is a much larger project for Steem Play which is a collection of Open Source games that is housed in the Steem Blockchain.

I've encountered some delays in Activating it particularly with selecting the Unique name for my project:

• Length of name.
• Characters used.

I got tons of errors saying the name is too long and I need to use letters.

I tried removing the space, using 1 word only, 2 words, with dash and it seems the issue was with the case.

I only used letters but it seems they need to be all in lowercase.

Suggestion:

Add a few lines asking project owners to use lowercase letters only and add the advisable number of characters for the length.

This will make sure the process is smooth.

Also, I can't activate sponsorship for other projects. Please disclose if a project owner can only do sponsorship for one project only.
