Dex items are another set of designs for frames, decors and weapons (like the wraiths, vandals, and primes). They were also created by the Orokin. The only Dex person left in the game is Teshin (NPC). There's only 1 set of Dex itema s of the moment: https://warframe.fandom.com/wiki/Dex.

A Dex Excalibur Skin for Excalibur, one of the starting frames.

Dex Dakra, which is a Dex variant of a dual sword.

Dex Furis, a secondary weapon.

Dex Sybaris, a primary weapon.
