Warframes have abilities (or skills) that you can cast to do some damage or add buffs to yourself. For the Rhino Warframe, his 3rd ability is called "ROAR", which will increase your damage in a period of time.

Casting abilities has animations and it sometimes can be funny if you stop midway, like this one where my Rhino looks like his gonna start to dance:

It's a good thing he's still alive and even more powerful after doing this with his Roar ability!
