Mobile Food Photography: Pad Thai Dishes

Opened Fresh Vegetable Roll
A few days ago our pastor @favoredbygod dined with us in a Thai restaurant near his place called Pad Thai and we were able to taste the delicious food they offer. The chef herself was Thai and was the only person cooking the food with help of assistants.

Opened Fresh Vegetable Roll
We actually waited more than an hour for our food because the place had many people in it even if it was already past 9 in the evening. But it was alright because we were informed right away that we would have to wait long for the food.
The place itself was alright, the area was open (with roofs) and had plenty of seating spaces and tables. There was also a part that had tables outside. The moon was brightly lit that night and the ambience was good. Most other customers were bikers and I've noticed that what they had were big bikes: Ducatis and BMWs.
We ordered Fresh Vegetable Rolls that was wrapped with a semi-transparent rice paper. It shows the lettuce and had a shrimp that looks really good. Not only this dish was an eye-candy, it taste fabulous with the sauce that was served. It was some kind of vinegar-based dip. Very refreshing dish. It was my favorite.
We also had Fried rolls. Which had rice noodles in it and other vegetables. It tastes exquisite too. The wrapper was thin and had a sweet taste to it. The dip was a combination of vinegar and peanuts which was a bomb of flavors in the mouth.
I actually ate a lot of those rolls that when our main dish arrived I had to ask them to wrap it up so I can eat it at home instead. I was already too full to eat more! I had a taste of it though, it was also great! They had 3 kinds of this dish. I had the chicken but they also had pork and beef on their menu.
It is a simple restaurant but the food was splendid! I wish to go back and have a taste of their noodle dish (I'm a fan of noodles, I always seek out Ramen and Udon in Japanese restaurants first - I should try other noodle dishes from time to time). Thanks for reading my blog!
