Photographs: A Busy Zion
One of the main reason why I have a camera is because I have a kid. A 1-year old. He's pretty quick to move though and seldom remains steady so capturing a photo of him proves to be difficult. It's still out of my league.
In the following photos, he's very still though so I tried shooting a few photos. I used my Fujifilm X-A3 Mirrorless Camera for this equipped with a kit lens.
I set it to the 35mm focal length and the mode was at Manual. I played a bit with the settings for the following photos, all settings are subbed under each photo so you can check on it.
Shot at 35mm | Manual Mode | Manual Focus | Shutter Speed 1/2.5 | Aperture F/5.0 | ISO 100
Shot at 35mm | Manual Mode | Manual Focus | Shutter Speed 1/2.5 | Aperture F/5.0 | ISO 100
Shot at 35mm | Manual Mode | Manual Focus | Shutter Speed 1/10 | Aperture F/5.0 | ISO 320
All 3 photos were captured with Burst Mode - so I can get the best photo. I don't think burst mode work wonders since I still got tons of blurry photos, or maybe it's just with my settings and focus - I'm a noob!
Everything was edited in Photoshop Creative Suite 2017. A few fixes on the Brightness & Contrast and manual changes on the Color Balance for the shadows, midtones and highlights. Really, I'm nothing without Photoshop - these shots are really bad raw. I'm getting there, slowly but surely. Getting more improvements as I practice more and read more articles online.
