I was riding in a car when I noticed this man walking down the sidewalk holding balloons. He was walking briskly and he went past us (we were stuck in traffic). It's a good thing traffic light became green and we caught up to him and even passed him so I was able to capture some photos with my camera. It was difficult getting a good shot because balloon man here was a moving subject and I was in a moving car and there were other cars getting in the way of my camera's line of sight.
