This new Syandana is called a Sildarg Syandana. You'll need to buy it as cash, it's a good thing I still have Steam credits left that I used for this purchase. Here's what it looks like originally:

The circular metal isn't included cause that's part of Nezha's Empyrean skin. The swords are also unusable and has the sole purpose of making Warframes look good!
