Unboxing an RG Gundam Astray Red Frame
This is the first time I have purchased a Real Grade Gundam model. I usually just buy SDs or MGs since they are a lot cheaper.
This one costs up to 40usd in toy stores but I found a seller on Facebook that gave it to me for just 25usd (1250php). So I saved a lot by doing that.
This isn't a big toy but the box was big because it needed more frames/runners than the usual HG class to make the design more complicated but also improve overall articulation.
Opening the box gives us the printed manual (which is in Japanese so we'd have to rely solely on the pictures).
It contained runners labeled from A to I to make assembly easier.
The main color are white, red, and gray. Both white, gray, and red had 2 shades each. There were other colors like gold, chrome, pink and green for some other parts and accessories; to give more aesthetics to it.
It also had tons of stickers/decals to use, which is a pain applying since this model is really small.
