It's a transforming Utopian.io logo and type.

I used the Utopian.io Gradient Logo for this:

The font I used on the Utopian.io type is Fugaz One.

I used Photoshop CS6 to make this GIF image. Using the Timeline function. This GIF was made layer by layer with variations added through the cut out filter effect.
